電子全文公開日期：2/6/2026中文摘要本研究以澳門歷史街區大三巴街商圈景觀為研究範圍，調查並建立景觀導則進而塑造澳門歷史街區整體文化景觀氛圍，以期達到保護世界文化遺產及永續發展目的首先通過田野調查對澳門大三巴區域實地考察，通過文獻研究對城市型態類型、歷史街區景觀、城市景觀設計、商圈形象塑造以及該區域政策背景和歷史文化等資料進行分析。

設計實踐與程序部分，根據文獻探討和田野調查結果提取影響街區景觀的因子，使用模糊德爾菲法（Fuzzy Delphi Method）用於專家問卷調查，結合問卷結果與專家意見，再結合個案研究對景觀導則案例進行分析，應用模擬法對採集澳門大三巴街區域圖像資料、建築尺寸、商鋪信息和進行數字景觀化還原，設計實踐方案包含商圈形象設計、商店形象招牌設計、沿街建築立面規劃等，經由前述設計內容總結商圈設計導則，可分為建築簡介、大三巴商圈形象、廣告招牌導則、建築立面導則、參考資料五個部分，研究成果作為未來城市發展和相關設計實踐之參考。

英文摘要This study takes the landscape of the business district of Rua de S. Paulo, a historic district in Macao, as the research scope, investigates and establishes landscape guidelines to shape the overall cultural landscape atmosphere of the historic district in Macao, with a view to achieving the goal of protecting the world cultural heritage and sustainable development. First, through field investigation, we made a field survey of Macaos S. Paulo area. Through literature research, we analyzed the types of urban forms, historical street landscape, urban landscape design, image building of the business district, as well as the policy background and historical culture of the area. In the design practice and procedure part, according to the literature discussion and field survey results, the factors affecting the street landscape are extracted, and the fuzzy Delphi method is used in the expert questionnaire survey. Combined with the questionnaire results and expert opinions, the case study is combined to analyze the landscape guide cases, and the simulation method is used to collect the image data, building dimensions, shop information and digital landscape restoration of Macaos Rua de S. Paulo area, The design practice plan includes commercial district image design, store image signboard design, and street building facade planning. Based on the aforementioned design content, the commercial district design guidelines can be summarized and divided into five parts: building introduction, Da San Ba commercial district image, advertising signboard guidelines, building facade guidelines, and reference materials. The research results serve as a reference for future urban development and related design practices.
