They suffer less insect infestation, have delicate buds and leaves with green color, mellow taste and beautiful shape. Meanwhile, because the temperature before Qingming is generally low, the number of germination is usually limited, and the output that can meet the picking standard is very small, hence the saying that "tea leaves before Qingming is as valuable as gold". You can smell the fresh aroma of the tea terraces, when leaves are picked and roasted in the village, and nothing compares to a cup of spring tea while enjoying the spring breeze at
