01Not Enough Numbers 错误1：没有多少数据换一个说法来说就是“不够具体”！很多人在写简历的时候，都企图尽量让自己的简历有冲击力（impressive）所以就会用各种宏大的词进行堆砌，比如：。

I consistently exceeded sales quota.我持续超出销售指标这样的内容毫无意义，因为你只是在说“我很行，我真的很行”，但完全没有说“到底怎么行”招聘官想看的不是冲击力，而是具体（specific）。

所以，不要只写自己有什么样的能力，而是写那些可以体现这个能力的具体事例"Anyone can say they are results-driven or a great leader, but we want to see metrics." says Nicole Hubmann, a recruiter at Webdam.。

错误2：排版混乱，或者太长简历的排版真的很重要！简历的排版体现了你组织信息的能力简历最重要的是“简洁”，然后是“层次分明”，在这两个基础上要做到“不过分”David Lewis, CEO of OperationsInc, runs through some of the most common offenders: "Font is too small. Font is too large. Oldest job listed first. Resume is too long."。

错误3：相关技能太难找招聘不是你的经历和技能堆砌得越多就越好！技能这一块应该“尽量醒目”，而且“尽量相关”；比较靠谱的做法是把它们提炼成一个个单独的词，然后列成表格放在简历开头的第二个版块，之后紧接着写相关经历；。

说到底，这一点也是关于那个词：具体Kari Guan, a recruiter at the apartment rental finder Zumper, says that in weak resumes candidates typically fail to "list any experience that is translatable to the role theyre applying for."。

能用短句说清楚的就不要用长句，能用一句讲完的就不要分两句；你的一段经历是否为你加分，取决于“它到底是什么”，而不是“你怎么形容它”。

另外一种错误就是“该强调的没强调”，你最重要、最相关的那段经历是应该被强调的，这一条最好写在最前，而且写得具体The thing that I see all the time is that candidates miss their chance to tell their most compelling narrative.。

1 Education（教育背景）时间+学校名称：字体加粗、日期写到年份即可；学位+专业名称：采用“Bachelor of 某专业”的格式；2 Internship/Social activities（实习经历）

在职人员改为work experience（工作经历）；时间：月份在前，年份在后；月份取前三个字母作为简写，如：Dec.2020；职务：职位名+公司名+地点；工作职责在前，1-2条即可；工作成绩在后，同样1-2条即可，尽量使用短语、过去时或者一般现在时，避免使用进行时态或者未来时态；

3 Skill（其他能力）语言能力：建议“fluent”形容，并附上BEC、雅思或者托福成绩；IT能力：包括 Proficient on PowerPoint、Excel、Word等；4 简历排版标题：使用半角英文标点：逗号、句号、分号、冒号、感叹号、问号后需加半角空格；

行距：建议设置为1.2-1.5倍字号大小除了正规的简历格式，还有一点，就是我们从小的应试教育让我们的口语不占优势，但是口语在外企确实是非常重要的！无论是平时和同事聊天，还是正式的会议上作报告，口语都是必不可少的，
