You must have dreams and goals in your life．To succeed，you need to make your dream become a buring desire．If you look at the successful people in the world，youll find the only thing they have in common is that they want something and they go to get it．These people have different education and backgrounds．But they all have a burning desire to succeed．

When I was new in sales，I had become one of the top salesmen in my company．I worked hard every day and dreamed about becoming a manager．After 18 months，I applied for the position but got the answer，"You are a valuable salesman，sorry．"I was very disappointed．At last I realized that it was up to me if I was going to be a manager．I started working hard again，harder than ever before．Within 5months I became a manager successfully．The only reason why I got the position was that I wanted it very much．

Anything you dream about can be yours if you want it．Sooner or later your dream will come true and you will have what you have wanted．

 我又开始努力工作，比以前更努力 在5个月内，我成功地成为了一名经理 我得到这个职位的唯一原因是我非常想要它  只要你愿意，任何你梦想的东西都可以成为你的。 迟早你的梦想会实现，你会得到你想要的。
