By taking these preferences into account, you can create groups that share common interests and motivations, thus fostering a more engaging and enjoyable learning experience.

Lastly, periodically rotating group members could provide an opportunity for students to interact with different classmates, ensuring a well-rounded language practice and promoting a sense of inclusiveness and cooperation among the entire class.

I believe that implementing these suggestions will not only address the concerns raised but also enhance the effectiveness of our oral English practice sessions. By creating balanced and interest-based groups, every student will have the chance to improve their English skills, build confidence, and actively participate in discussions.
